Bad Medicine
I have no health insurance. For someone with a body that at any one time has about ten different things wrong with it, this sucks. I have not had a pap smear in about two years.
I fear that there are goblins that are growing in my loins that started out as innocent little cells that could have been detected but, now it is too late.
Now that I am married I could get health insurance through my gorgeous husband if I want to shell out $700 every three months. People keep telling me "that's not that much". Apparently people don't understand that when you are currently bringing home about $400-$500 a month, your bills are about $800 a month (barring emergencies, car repair, or vet bills), you can't just tack on an extra two hundred and something dollars a month.
The irony of the fact that I am married to a soon to be doctor and I don't have health insurance is too large to comprehend.
Also, I write really long sentences.
